Is WearTechClub only for athletes/professionals?
No, it is not. If you are an active person, or trying to become one and change your wellness habits and get better insights about your health data, WearTechClub is designed for you.
Can I wash my product? If yes, how often?
Yes, you can. Just take out the device from the apparel and throw it in the washing machine. It can be washed up to 25-30 times.
Can I use the hardware with other gym apparels?
Yes, you may. We are coming up with other fashionable sports apparels for you. You will be able to plug out your device from the gear and use is with other gym clothes you have.
How often do I need to charge the product?
It is recommended that you charge your product every 24 hours.
How do I know when my battery is fully charged?
A light on the device will show you if the product is charged. Red light indicates low battery and green light is for full battery.
Can I use my device without a membership?
You are recommended to get a membership (at least the basic one) to be able to store your data and see your performance over time.
What is included in basic/silver/bronze membership?

How can I renew my membership?
Go to your account, click my membership and then checkout the renewal section.
How can I cancel my membership?
After you cancel your membership, the remaning period will be refunded back to you in 14 working days.
How do I become a member of a community?
On our website, make sure to check the Community page and become a member of the community by creating yourself an account.
Will I lose my data when I cancel my membership?
