As part of our ongoing mission to grow beyond borders and bring our cutting-edge wearable technologies to the global stage, WearTechClub recently participated in the Germany Immersion Week, a dynamic two-day event organized by İTÜ ARI Teknokent A.Ş. and Innogate International Acceleration Program. Held in Berlin, this intensive program brought together Turkish startups and German ecosystem leaders for a rich exchange of knowledge, strategy, and vision.
DAY 1 – Strategy, Systems, and Synergies

The first day kicked off with an enlightening session from Michel Gagnon, shedding light on how large German corporations work with startups, emphasizing that long-term value and sustainable partnership models far outweigh quick PoCs. This provided crucial context for scaling in the DACH region, where strategic alignment is key.
Later in the day, we visited the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TD-IHK), where topics like artificial intelligence, data legislation, and international growth were explored in depth. A special thank you to Secretary General Okan Özoğlu for the warm welcome and insightful discussion.

The day wrapped up with networking and interactive sessions that created the perfect backdrop for establishing new relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and potential collaborators.
DAY 2 – Capital, Culture, and Clarity
Day two focused on funding and investment readiness. Anders Fleck led a high-impact session on how to approach German and European investors from managing VC expectations to building traction-first strategies that resonate in local markets. His honest, practical insights made a lasting impact on our roadmap for entering and growing in the European venture space.

This day reinforced that Germany isn’t just a market, it’s a mindset. One that values depth, consistency, and long-term innovation.
This immersive week was not just a learning experience—it was a launchpad. As WearTechClub, we return from Berlin with sharper insights, stronger connections, and greater clarity on how to scale ethically, intelligently, and globally.
Special Thanks

All the brilliant founders, mentors, and community builders who shared their time and wisdom.
At WearTechClub, we believe in building smarter, faster, and more human-centered tech. Berlin reminded us that while innovation starts locally, its impact is truly global.

As part of the Innogate Berlin Market Immersion Week, WearTechClub had the exceptional opportunity to visit Siemens Mobility one of Germany’s leading innovation powerhouses shaping the future of transport, digital infrastructure, and deep tech collaboration.
This visit wasn’t just a tour it was a deep dive into how global industrial leaders engage with startups to co-create smarter, more connected futures. From cutting-edge advancements in mobility systems to the growing role of digital twin technologies, the session provided invaluable insights into how industry and entrepreneurship intersect to drive transformation on a global scale.
We were honored to be among the first startup delegations invited to this newly established innovation space a place designed to foster collaboration, experimentation, and long-term impact. The visit served as a clear reminder that the real breakthroughs happen when established know-how and startup agility come together.

A special and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Şilan Hun, Startup Ecosystem Lead at Siemens Mobility, for her warm welcome and visionary insights. Her leadership in bridging corporate innovation with emerging technologies truly set the tone for this powerful exchange.
Why It Matters
For WearTechClub, this visit was more than an inspiring milestone. It was a chance to see how technological ecosystems evolve through partnerships, and how our work in AI-powered, sensor-integrated wearables aligns with broader global trends including smart infrastructure, sustainable design, and human-centric innovation.
As a deep tech startup led by a Turkish woman entrepreneur, we’re proud to represent our country on this global stage and to be part of a new wave of companies building purpose-driven technology with international relevance.
We extend our gratitude to the entire İTÜ ARI Teknokent and Innogate teams for making this possible. The bridges being built through this program are opening doors not just for startups but for future-thinking innovation between Türkiye and Europe.
